Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date are subject to a 3-night penalty.

For the safety and security of all guests all Bahama Beach Club condominiums are non-smoking. The privately owned condominium you have reserved at The Bahama Beach Club Resort is a non-smoking unit. The owner expects this requirement to be followed by our rental guests and enforced by our management company. Therefore we will require a credit card imprint upon check-in as a security measure to ensure this requirement is met.

Upon checking out, we will inspect the unit and lanai area. If smoking in the unit or lanai is evident during your stay, you will be charged for any and all cleaning expenses associated with making the unit smoke-free again. Cleaning expenses include carpet, upholstery, bedding and drapery cleaning. If our non-smoking policy presents a problem for you, please advise and we will do our best to immediately move you to another resort on the island.

The Bahama Beach Club is a Drug-Free Environment. Any persons caught in the act of buying or selling drugs will be prosecuted by the Bahamian Police and will be governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Offenders will be immediately removed from the grounds of The Bahama Beach Club and their stay at the facility will be forfeited.
